I not sure when i added the Jira Service Management to my account, i was only using the JIRA Software. But even though it was added by me it was never moved to standard plan and there was no notification received for me.
Now i have got some overdue charges for which i was not using and upgraded to standard plan.
Best is then to reach out to Atlassian Billing support.

Hopefully you didn't add any payment methods. You can downgrade back to the free plan. You can do this:

No i couldn't do that since there was no billing info added. Also i ahve due invoice for 79 USD.
Also now i have completely removed that by upgrading to premium and from there i cancelled the subscription. But what about the due amount.
