Attachments not saving?

Hello,

   Our users seem to be facing an issue where attachments they're uploading are not saving. They go back in later, the attachment isn't there and there's no history of it being attached. Our users can't seem to pinpoint exactly when/why this is happening. Has anyone run into this?

Hi!

Is this just affecting one or is it for all users?

Is it a problem with trying to upload attachment from the portal or from inside Jira or both?

I would have checked:

1. How large the attachment size is set to in your site (a  global config  found on Cog > System> advanced>attachments)

2. Project permissions "create attachment". Is this limited somehow?

Then I would've liked to observe it happening. It can be that the users are a bit quick to click "Send" and the attachment hasn't properly loaded?
