Attachments can't be viewed or opened in the customer portal. Not even attachments added through the customer portal can be viewed in the customer portal. All attachments can be opened normally in the Service Desk attachments section.
What I have already tried to solve the issue:
We are running Jira v8.5.0 and Jira Service Desk v4.5.0.
