Hey all,
recently I had to import a Cloud Backup into my Jira Service Management Cloud instance. Everything worked fine and I have all my issues and attachments.
Only problem is the attachments do not preview in the comments as they were before.
There is just a "Preview unavailable" field showing in the comment where the attachment preview should be. Even though the file is correctly attached to the ticket and I can open it from the attachments.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
