Hi,
English is not my Native language, so apologies if the problem isn't clear enough.
I have build a form for users to use on the Portal. When they make a request the Form is attached to the Work Item.
Is there a way that the Form added to the Work Item, to be copied to the automatic created subtasks?
I tried the "Copy forms" within the automation but i cant seem to make it work. Is there an manual or such on how to copy the Form from the Work Issue to the Sub-Tasks?
Welcome to the community.
Yes this can be done, but it requires a second rule, this can't be done in a sngle rule.
So create a new rule, make sure the option is checked that another rule can trigger this rule.
Hi Marc,
Thank you for the info, cant seem to make it work.
It does copy the form but it copies it into the Work item/Issue again.
I tried to make the delay longer, chose for all form and/or specified the one used.
Tried changing the Issue Type equals to a different Work Type.
Think im still missing something.

Hi,
Sorry for the late answer, but i was off from work.
Yes its a separate rule just for copying the form.
I played around with the rule with different delays, to make sure the subtasks were there before the rule would run.
Tried with "Parent work item" and "Trigger work item"
But i keeps copying the form in the main work item/issue and not in the sub-tasks.
Im starting to think its not possible?

Can you show your full rule and images showing the details of any relevant actions/conditions/branches.
Also images showing the Audit Log details for the rule execution.
