Hi Atlassian Community,

I am currently reviewing Rovo credit usage in Atlassian Administration → Insights → Platform usage → Rovo credits.

I noticed that a user named Atlassian Assist (halp.com@connect.atlassian.com) consumed 100 Rovo credits.

What I would like to understand is which Atlassian Assist activity is responsible for consuming these credits.

In our environment, Atlassian Assist is being used together with Jira Service Management / Virtual Service Agent features. I expected Virtual Service Agent usage to be counted separately as assisted conversations rather than Rovo credits.

However, the usage report shows:

  • Atlassian Assist

  • Rovo credits consumed: 100 credits

  • It appears to have been consumed in a single usage event

Could someone clarify:

  1. Which features or actions performed by Atlassian Assist consume Rovo credits?

  2. Why would a single Atlassian Assist operation consume exactly 100 credits?

  3. Could this be related to Virtual Service Agent, AI Answers, intent processing, ticket creation, or another AI-powered action?

  4. Is there a way for an organization admin to view the detailed usage event and identify exactly which action caused these 100 credits to be consumed?

  5. Is Atlassian Assist treated as a system/service account when Rovo credit usage is recorded?

I would especially like to confirm whether this 100-credit usage is expected behavior or whether it indicates that another Rovo capability was triggered indirectly.
