Could you kindly check the following described issues?
Hi all and @Brant Schroeder Two Team members from my team are not able to receive Jira activation email from (jira@portrix.atlassioan.net) We have tried many times but it is not working at all.Could you kindly check with followimg user E-mail ID for this. Our IT team checked from their side for ensuring if our email server rules were blocking jira@portrix.atlassioan.net,but this is not the case at all.

Have you opened a support ticket with Atlassian? Unless you have a free account, in which case the Community is your only support option. There are many posts in the Community that discuss similar issues so it may be that you find hints by searching here. You can start with the Related content shown to the right here.

Thankyou for the updates. I have already created a ticket with Atlassian support for this. Please request you to delete this ticket if you can. I can do no changes here.
