Atlassian Email Created

Hi,

I have created an Atlassian email within a specific space and set this according to a request type. This is the second Atlassian email in the space and both request types are for email requests. The first email still works but with the new one, I am getting this on the logs and I am unsure why as I cannot actually verify the account. The space permissions are set to "Open" so I am unsure what else I may need to check?

Thanks.Screenshot 2025-12-08 113427.png

Make sure the new Atlassian email is actually receiving verification messages (sometimes they land in a hidden folder).

Confirm that the request type is mapped correctly under Project Settings → Email Requests.

In some cases, the issue comes from the global email settings rather than the space itself, so reviewing the org-level email configuration can help.

It’s frustrating when one email works perfectly and the second one refuses to authenticate, but usually it’s a small configuration detail hiding somewhere

I'm unsure how it should receive the verification email as I created the email in the space under the "create Atlassian email" option and mapped that to a request type that's specific to email requests. It's an Atlassian email so I don't think it can be verified. I've set up the previous one in the exact same way with no issues so unsure about this one. There's been no recent changes either to the email configs in the space or on a global level.
