We here at IT heavily use the atlassian bot on slack to open and track tickets.
Recently, we have noticed a load of issues with raising a request. Previously the message the user sends would be copied over automatically, it failed a few times but has been since resolved.
Now we are having another issue where the user isn't being copied over (the person who the request is raised behalf of).
We removed the app totally from the slack and then reauthorized however seems like the issue persists.
