Atlassian Administration: Add email address greyed out

Hi everyone, 

I'm a site-administrator for Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service management. We recently verified our domain on Atlassain by,

1. Admin > Drectory > Domains 
2. Settings > Emails > Email Domains

Both pages show that our domain is verified.
But when I go to Settings > Emails > Emails addresses, the Add email address button is still greyed out which blocks me from adding a custom email address to the system. Any help is much appreciated.

Same for me. I verified all data today and wait for button activation.

As I added an additional application (Jira) to the confluence setup, the Add email address button now is active. So it seems one has to add some app first.

I really would like that info as a tool-tip on the inactive button.
