We had 3 Assignee - Aashish, Raj and Rajesh Mankad. Since last few days Raj has been replaced by "Automate". We did not change it. How did it happened?. How to rectify this?.
No we do not have such account. We had three agent accounts viz., Rajesh Mankad, Aashish Kulkarni and Raj Cool. Raj Cool has been replaced by Autonate on it's own.
