Hello all,

I was wondering if I'm able to assign staff to become participants depending on the answers given in the request type form?

Hi @Brian Powell

Unfortunately this currently isn't natively supported, however there is an open feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1530

However, you'll see there is a workaround referenced, using a popular third-party plugin: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SDKB/How+to+Automatically+Add+Request+Participants+when+Creating+an+Issue

The addition of an if statement to check your custom field, to the code referenced there, would achieve what you need.

Hope that helps.
