Asking about reports in Atlassian Jira Service Management.

I would like to ask how to change the value in this graph from minutes to hours. Where can I find the settings?

Hi @Arief Ramadhan Heldian 

The settings for the reports are in the ... in the top right of the report itself. However, for the Time to X reports they will show minutes automatically unless the values are higher in which case it switches to hours. You can't specify that yourself unfortunately.
