Ask about how to change font style/size in Jira Service Management on Cloud

Now we are using Jira Service Management on Cloud for free 3 agents and we try to edit font style/size in CSS file but it's not effective. Pls, for your suggestion

You can't edit the css on Cloud.

There are some things where you can inject some, but the core css won't change.  If you want to do styling, look to apps like Refined, or browser plugins that can re-theme it.
