As an administrator I cant change the help center banner!

Hello Jira community
I am an administrator in two Jiras projects. I built the Help Center portal myself, but now when I want to change the banner in the Portal I get this message that I dont have access. Can you please help me how I can solve the issue?

@hossein -

To edit Help Center portal banner configuration, you have to be the Site/system Admins for your env.  From your image shots, you are only associated as a project admin.

I would recommend you to contact your Site/Sys Admin for additional support on configuring Help Center portal banner configuration.
