Hi Team,

As a Beginner, which certification is helpful for Jira Service Management?

I am exploring basic version of Jira Service Management - ITSM

Can you please provide me certification details, which will help me achieve to implement IT Service Management in Jira as developer point of view.

Also, if you could provide me with Certification dumps or referral links would be helpful.

If your considering Jira service Management then ACP-420 Managing Jira Service Projects for Cloud Certification.

There are many Atlassian certification available which focuses on Jira Software, JSM, Organization level and Confluence (Badges) etc

There isn't a beginner friendly certification for Jira Service Management. However, there are many free courses in Atlassian University which you can look into:

Once you are ready and have enough experience then you can have a look at ACP-420 certification. Atlassian recommends having at least one year of experience with JSM before taking the exam.
