Are you able to implement change management in Jira Project?

We are looking to implement change management workflow in Jira Project but I only see this option in Jira Service. Any insight on how to implement in Jira Project?

This depends on how you identify change management and exactly what controls you want in place. I have one workflow for a few projects that looks like below. We meet biweekly to review new request, changes for approval.

@Jack Brickey Thanks for the example. This is very helpful. By any chance, do you use a dashboard to view the requests? If so, can you also provide insight on what the dashboard should look like?
