Are assets objects included in the backup of the app "Atlassian Backup and Restore"?

Hello,

I have a question about the backed up content of your app "Atlassian Backup and Restore". Based on the information given under

the following content about assets is included:

✅ Assets Management

• Assets Schemas

• Assets Work Item Linking

Since assets objects are not explicitly mentioned but crucial for our work, i would like to know if they are also part of the backup.

Yes, the objects themselves are also included in the backup. Otherwise, the "Asset work item linking" would not work.

Objects are included for my knowledge. The reason this reads as ambiguous is that the table lists Assets Schemas as a line item but never specifies objects, so it looks like objects might be left out.

In the Assets data model, objects are not separate from the schema. An object schema is the container that holds the object types, their attributes, and the objects themselves. Atlassian uses that same definition in the Copy Assets data doc, where "Assets data" is described as the objects defined within an object schema. So when the backup covers Assets Schemas, the objects within those schemas are included, not just an empty structure.

Are you on Premium or Enterprise, and is your goal full disaster recovery or recovering individual deleted objects?
