Are KB article links stable so I can reuse them in Wordpress site and they won't change?

I want to use links to our How To articles in our publicly available KB in our public Wordpress site. For example, I would like to point visitors to our company website to a specific How To article. Are the links to published KB articles stable links? Or do they change?

@Jessica Rohr They should not change unless you move the page to a different space.  In this case it would no longer be in the proper KB so you would not be able to find it.
