Approver should have the option to add the comments at the time of approving.

When using an approval workflow, when any approver approves the request, a pop-up should appear asking them to add a comment. Is this possible in JSM?

This functionality is not possible today from the portal unfortunately.

There are feature requests for this, check out JSDCLOUD-6989 and JSDCLOUD-6988

Make sure you vote for it.
