Approver cannot approve a request

Hi All!

I got this issue last day.

A customer raised a request in portal. The customer is also one of the approvers. But when she is is not able to approve it. Only anther approver in the list can do that. 

Which could be the issue?

Hi @Rosana Casilli 

If a customer is configured as an approver in workflow, she should see Approve/Decline buttons in portal issue. Can you see this customer in Approval section?

She can't see the button, but she Is un the approvers list

Her name Is milagros. Now she Is telling me that mseara ser the buttons
