Approve a ticket in slack

Hi community !

I have a challenge which consists of sending the approver the message to accept or decline via direct chat in Slack

 

From what I've seen in other forums, there's a native Slack integration under Project settings -> Chat. However, even connecting the workspace to Jira and enabling the settings doesn't send the approver an approval notification.

 

 

Is it necessary to create any automation? Or is there a configuration error?

for my knowledge you can't do that directly in slack. There is an open request for this feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/API-212
