Approval button now show

Hi dears,

I am facing an issue for cases when approval is required and the approval person is not able to approve because the buttons Approve/Decline are not shown. This problem is happing to specific users since they are part of restricted internet access. Do you face this issue and can someone know what Javascript or another URL should I allow on the security level?

Hi can you tell me how you managed to put the approval buttons?

Hi Fabio,

We had manage this problem with ISD (security department), we had allow all url's that JIRA works.
