Approval/Decline Via Mail

Hi @Spartans ,

Workaround I can suggest is:

1. Setup workflow approval as described in the https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-approvals/

Instead of Approver field, you can make of user picker fields you need. 

2. Go to JSM project setting --> Customer notification --> Edit "Approval required" notification and select "Approvers can use 'Approve' and 'Decline' buttons without being signed in"

By doing so, users in selected field will get Approve or Decline buttons in the email. Then can just click on it. They not need to log into the jira.

I have made it work from Email to Comments in Jira. Help me sending it from "Draft" --> "Order". So I was asking it full automation to make it perfect.
