Is JSM Automation has this kind of settings for the approver?

Hi @Raymart Cruz 

When setting up JSM approval you can choose if:

• All from the approvers list must approve the request
• A minimum X approvals is required

If you only have one approver and not a group, then the above are kinda obsolete, since you have only one approval. Read more here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-an-approval-to-a-workflow/

Not per se. The approver can write a comment first and then approve/decline the issue. WHat is your need?

This tool allows converting chaotic processes into an automated workflow

• approval workflow with conditions
• dynamic forms

And many other features

you can't do that using builitin features. My suggestion is to try https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211763/herzum-approval?tab=overview&hosting=cloud that has these settings and many others.
