App subscription log

Hi,

I need to find out who and when cancelled a subscription to a specific app in Jira cloud. Is there a way to get, for example, log with this information?

If you are a Jira admin , you are able to see who uninstalled an app. This can be seen in the manage apps section and the audit log for the apps.

there is no information available on cancelling a subscription, I don't even think there is information in Atlassian Administration.

I would contact Atlassian Support to see if they have this information.
