Anyone take the ACP-420 recently?

Hello. I am prepping to take the exam in mid-June and I am just wondering if anyone has taken the exam with certiverse? I took a few exams under the old administrator and only did on prem. I was curious how the certiverse proctored went and also is the test still around 70 questions with 4 options per question?

I recently got feedback from a colleague who took the ACP-420 exam earlier this month through Certiverse, and my own experience from a couple of years ago was quite similar.

Before the exam, you’ll need to complete a system compatibility test. When you launch the Certiverse exam environment, all other running tabs and processes on your system are automatically closed. After that, a chatbot-based proctoring process begins where you’ll be asked to show your ID proof to the camera, scan the room around you, and also show the area under your desk/table.

Once the verification is completed, the exam starts with 70 questions, 4 options each, and a few questions will be multi-select answers.

Since this will be your first cloud exam, I’d recommend spending some time practicing UI navigation in JSM and going through the official exam blueprint carefully to understand the key focus areas.

I've been studying using a Gemini study session every day. Practice questions, flash cards, and study material. I've also been using some updated questions from a Udemy course. This test will complete my designation.

From my experience, the Udemy questions will not help for the actual exam.
I’d recommend focusing more on the official course flow, Atlassian documentation, and hands-on practice (SLA's, portal config, customer behavior, request types) in JSM, since the actual exam questions test practical understanding.

I took the ACP-420 a few years back, so I wont be able to help with the new format! Anyway Good luck with your exam  :)

Mid-June gives you plenty of prep time! :)
