Good morning, is there a way to disable access to submit tickets if you are not logged in? I only want users who have an account to be able to submit tickets after they log in. Thank you
Check Jira "Products" settings and look under Jira Service Management - Customer Access. Is the last option enabled? Note that changing this will affect multiple projects.
If you want to completely prevent the creation of tickets without log in, then check the Email request options, above 'Customer Access'. You may also need to restrict those.
