I have created a new area and am now encountering the following problem for the first time:
When I create a ticket, it is always listed as Anonymous and the Reporter field is completely missing from the ticket. Do I need to configure something so that the portal user who creates a ticket is also listed as the creator?
Check the screens related to the issue type used for this request, is the reporter field on the edit, craete or view screen?
Other option, check the request type and the work item tab, is the field on the work item view?
the field Reporter is in every Screen (right on top)
work Item view: no its not there and i can`t even find it under "search all fields"

the funny part, in the portal itself ther ist the field, but it doesn`t reach the System

I then discovered under fields that the field was not assigned to the space via the field configurations. Once I had done that, I was able to add the field.
I had always thought that this was a standard field that was always included.
