Estou usando o plugin Email This Issue para criar tickets na minha instância Jira a partir de e-mails recebidos. No entanto, os e-mails estão vindo de uma instância Jira do meu cliente. Como posso configurar um fluxo de trabalho que garanta que os anexos do e-mail de origem sejam copiados para o ticket recém-criado na minha instância

You will need to contact the "Email This Issue" add-on vendor for further technical support.
