Hi,

I am trying to see if external people can create a ticket in JIRA by using external domain email address (such as @Gamil.com or @Roy Myers.com, etc)

So right now when an employee with company email address sends an email to HRHELPDESK alias, Jira automatically creates ticekt.

Can this be applied to external email address as well?

I would like to see if a ticket can be created when non-company email address sends to the HRHELPDESK alias.

Thank you!

@Victor Lee -

Welcome to the community.  In addition to what @Esteban Diaz suggested, I would recommend that you also setup allowable domains for your JSM site - This gives you further control on which external email domains are allowed to access help-center.

Hi @Victor Lee ...

You need to go to Settings/ Products

Under Jira Service Manager choose Customer Access and then update the configuration like this:

I hope this has been useful to you.
I will be waiting for your comments. 😉

Cheers!
