I would like to know how to allow team members to add overrides for one another. They switch on call shifts and don't always change it for themselves. Is there a way to allow users to create overrides on behalf of someone else?

Hey @Alex Schlater

Welcome to the Community!

Based on the support doc here looks like "Schedule overrides can be created by users themselves, but admins can create them on behalf of the users as well."

Looks like it might only be something available to admins.

Hope this helps!

Brittany
