It is possible that allows users for a 1 organization only to see all the tickets for that 1 organization only? without changing the global settings?
For ex. ABC comp can view all the existing tickets on ABC comp. while other comp. cannot view all the tickets
If you have configured organisations in your service management project then customers in the organisation will be able to see all issues associated with that organisation if the organisation is included on the issue.
You can also change the default value for whom the ticket is shared with from being the Organisation of the customer to "No one".
This would be on all Jira Service Management projects since this is a global change.
The easiest way to do that is to go to "Project settings"> "Customer permissions" and then click on the hyperlink that says "Change the Global settings".
Customer sharing in the project should be set to: "Customers can search for other customers within their organisations"
This one is already set "Customers can search for other customers within their organisations" but still the customer on the same organization cannot see all the tickets on the same organization.
