Things I've tried is creating an open confluence page that allows anyone to access articles. Within an article is a Jira work item that shows the queue. However, upon opening that article in a non-login page, the Jira work item shows "No results found". So, I'm assuming that this can only be done with people who have jira license. Is there a work around this, or am I missing some settings? Thanks!
Yes you are correct Jira items can only be seen be licensed users.
