Allow an auditor to see specific requests

We are new to JSM. We occasionally get an auditor requesting manager approval verification. Is there a way to go into an existing, closed request, and share only that request with the auditor?

Hi @Aric Wallner 

Welcome to the Community!

Assuming that you have to share the tickets that are approved by the manager.

You could use the JQL to search the issues by checking if the value in the approver's field is not empty and the status is closed.
