All possible ways to move entire project configuration from one cloud instance to another cloud

Hi , i need to  move one project complete configuration from one cloud instance to another cloud instance . Ive tried " configurator manager plugin" but its not moving complete configuration and also i tried " Migrate cloud site"  option in the cloud but while importing data using this option its removing all previous data existed in the target instance . Exalate plugin also no use .Apart from these 3 ways are there any ways to move project.

Hi @subhash mungara

this article lists an overview of various methods how to copy a project including its configuration to another instance:

  1. Perform a cloud-to-cloud migration
  2. Use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant via Jira Data Center
  3. Merge sites in Jira Data Center and import into Jira Cloud manually

I'd recommend to go with the first method which is described in more detail in this article. Please note that this approach simply copies the project (along with its users), but does not replace data.
