All issues keep getting assigned to one person

Whenever an issue is created and not assigned to any agent, it gets assigned to one standard person, even if not relevant for that person.

Some settings may have been set incorrectly, I can't seem to find the cause of this.

Things to look at…

  • project leader - project settings > details, at the bottom there may be a default assignee
  • automation - there may be a rule to set the assignee if not set at create
