@Gianina Zeballos -

Hi Gianina:

What you need to do is to modify your existing WF, so at the transition to the final status add a post function to default the Resolution to Done + modify the screen associated with the transition to remove the "Resolution" field.

NOTE - You will also need to ensure if the WF in question is not shared with other project(s) - if you only want the changes to be applicable for your specific project only.  Otherwise, if you modify the WF (where it is shared by all other projects), then the changes will be implemented to all of them when you publish the WF.

To only impact the specific project while the WF is shared with other project, then you will need to copy the existing WF and then used the copied WF to make your changes.  Afterward, you also need to apply the new WF to your project's WF configuration scheme for the project.

Hope this helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin
