Ajouter le contact dans le ticket coté support client

Bonjour

Lorsque nos clients remplissent leur demande sur un ticket nous souhaitons qu'il nous mettent obligatoirement ses coordonnées pour le recontacter mail/tel comment faire apparaitre ce champ ?

You will need to adjust the request type within the project settings of the JSM project.
