Hi all
We've got it all sorted to email agents when new tickets are created/replies are added from end users. I've changed it for customers under customer notifications. But this hasn't changed it for agents.
At the moment our agents receive the following subject line - [JIRA] ${issue.key} ${issue.summary} - does anyone know where I can change this for agents not customers?

Currently, Jira Cloud does not offer a way for you to customize the look and feel of your email notifications.

We support using Placeholders in our Templates in Notification Assistant for Jira. You can combine this with the Recipients and Triggers in a Notification so that this only goes to your Agents.
