After recommendations for integrating JSM with ServiceNow

We have a customer who uses ServiceNow. We would like to do a 2-way integration between their ServiceNow instance and our JSM Premium instance. 
Can anyone share any feedback on the various options available? There seems to be quite a few out there.

Hi @Michael Peterson , thanks for your post. I have added a few tags to try to get some more eyes on it for you.

In the past, I have recommended Exalate for this to customers https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213645/exalate-connector-for-jira-work-sync-two-way-integration?hosting=cloud&tab=overview 

My advice would be to check out a few apps, email the vendors and ask them about your specific requirements and see what they say.
