After Oct 16, 2025: You will lose access to changes, problems and advanced incident management capab

Bert Duhamel September 17, 2025

Hi,

will this planned functionality loss in the JSM standard subscription regarding change requests, prevent us to make the difference between an incident and a change request?

Will we still be able to convert a worktype incident into a change?

thank you for the clarification.
Bert

Hi @Bert Duhamel

No, you can still use different work type, with different workflows.

This is about the features that can be used in a JSM project.

See the details of the features here, https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/get-to-know-the-main-jira-service-management-features/#Additional-features-for-IT-service-management-projects

In a JSM project, you can enable or disable these features if you have access to them based on your subscription.
