Advaned compare first value - multi select option

Hello! While trying to set up an automation using an advanced compare step, I get the following error:

Error while parsing additional fields. Not valid JSON.

It seems I can't compare the values from the option list with the selected option.

How to achieve this?

If you use, the following.

{{issue.customfield_10039.value}} or other option {{issue.<name of the field>.value}}

Does the compare work, using any of the 2 options?
