Can jira administrator email and jira service management custom email for email request be same or it needs to be different. Is there any issue we need to face for using same mail?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The Jira administrator email should be the emails of the people with administration permissions.  The service management custom email should be something else, as you don't really want to tie the service desk email to a person.
