Adjust issue width in portal

If you look at the issue in the portal, the width is narrow.
Is there a way to increase the width?

Can you post a screenshot of the issue that you are having (blur all of the info that you don't want to be shown)?

@박성민_학해_ Ah my bad, sorry. Currently, this is not possible as the width has a fixed size. 

I've tried doing this from my side, but there aren't options for the customers to be able to adjust the width size.

Also, there are no apps that can do this customisation.
