Adding group in portal doesnt work even with project admin rights

I have Project admin rights and want to add new group in protal but when i try to add group there is no response.
Do i need any other permission or is there any setting or other way to complete this task,

Hello, as Sebastian mentioned, you need to assign request types to the groups, otherwise they will not appear on the portal.
You can do this in the Channels section of the project administration, or directly from a Request type, where you can assign it to one or several groups.

To add portal groups you need to be project admin.

Did you add group and assign request types to it? If group is empty it won't be displayed.

Thank you Sebastian and Melbrin for help.

We figure out the exact problem.

When addding group we need to name group and click enter key.
clicking save option doesnt work, It kind of bug.
