Adding customers to CSM and getting error

Hello, 

When we try to mannually add an external customer to an organisation in CSM (organisations have been imported) we get the following error message: 

krysteleg@gmail.com (Grant CSM Customer product role to Atlassian Accounts from Admin Hub)

Can you please help me configure the spaces correctly so we are able to add customers to our spaces. Thank yoU!

This seems to be new - when I first started testing CSM, only external, portal-only accounts worked.

I would advise checking two things:

1. Create that user manually in the admin hub and assign the CSM Customer role.

2. Go to https://your-site-domain.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/customerservice/customer-access and make sure the settings are set up so accounts can be created

(the bottom checkmark I think is optional)
