Hi all, is there any way I can add another collumn in JIRA ITSM Dashboard.
For example I would like to add a collumn "Time" or "Date" ticket was raised?
Therefore it will be easier for me to sort tickets.

If you are a Jira admin, then as per Atlassian as of Mar/2021 - "If you are a Jira Admin, you can go to 'https://<your instance>/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?page=1', and click on the 'Customize' sidebar, you should be able to customize the columns that your customers see in this page."
