Adding additional Portal Instructions to a request (more than 255 characters)

Hi,

I would like to use a larger body of text to add Portal Instructions to a couple of request forms, more than 255 characters.  Please can you advise how this can be done?

Hi @Cathy ,

Can you explain more in detail where you want to add these extra instructions ?

In each Request Type, you can add additional information in the fields

• Request type description
• Instructions

I tested them and they can hold more than 255 characters.

Thanks Kris, I have actually just seen this does hold more that 255 characters now!  I'm not quite sure how that didn't work earlier!
