Add image to Form

What is the best way to add an image to a custom JSM form? I just want to add one image to a certain request type.

Hi @Darius Fields , Welcome to the Community! Glad you're here.

Right now, there doesn't appear to be a way to add an image. I looked for the ability to add HTML, I tried dragging and copy/pasting an image onto the form, nothing worked. There *may* be a third-party app that allows you to do that (if that's an option), you can search the Atlassian Marketplace. Sorry for the bad news, it would be a good feature to have!

Welcome to the Community.  For clarification - Are you trying to enhance your JSM Portal interface or Atlassian Forms?

For JSM Portal interface, I know this vendor Deviniti from Atlassian Marketplace has some great products to support the customization needs.  Example -

Theme Extension for Jira Service Management https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220300/theme-extension-for-jira-service-management?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

For Atlassian Forms - (where you can incorporate the Form into your JSM Request type form).  you can only add image to the Atlassian Forms by reference an image that is accessible on the internet.

Please advise, so we can assist you further.
